1. Our CEO, Dr Victoria R Nalule, MCIArb was part of the first Panel for the International Chamber of Commerce– ICC YAF, they discussed ESG related disputes. Dr Nalule’s discussion focused on the Environmental disputes in the Energy sector. She specifically spotlighted the dilemma of achieving the UN SGD 7 and 13 on Energy Access and Climate Action respectively. Other panellist included fellow experts, Duncan Bagshaw, Thenji Moyo, Laura Alakija FCIArb, and Dr Kairuiki Muigua. Coordinated by Mame Ama Esaama Orleans-Lindsay.
